This proved to be an awful experience.
1. The flowers arrived 2 days late with no forewarning or explanation.
2. You refused to answer your phone on Saturday before V-day so I could find out what was going on.
3. The flowers themselves were terrible - they were merely a bunch of roses stuffed in a vase with no attention to aesthetics. They were ugly and small.
4. The recipient got only a curt, perfunctory "We were having problems" comment from the delivery person.I will never use you people again. I want a complete refund.
It took 2 days before I was notified the flowers had been delivered. The pricy flowers did not look like the picture. The bow looked cheap and tacky. I will never use this florist again.
